Abstract:

Stay in the Light is an installation that depicts a small community composed of four characters who sit indoors under a hole in the ceiling, open to the sky above. The chairs represent each character; three creative critics and one subordinate. Everyone eagerly awaits their moment to shine.

Your voice can be a powerful light that stimulates growth. Encourage people to focus on the good. Show them the benefits of concentrating on the good natural light. Because deep inside many of us, when life becomes still, or inversely filled with tragic chaos, it feels comforting to reflect on those beautiful souls who always seem to shine a bit of their bright light onto us. Their light empowers us. It animates us and helps us to thrive in our endeavors.

This installation is for people who constantly look for the good light in life. This is a reminder to anyone who finds themself sitting in darkness; “believe in yourself”. In due time, the light will find you.
